Investigation Scheme Design of Document Resource Ensuring System of Research Disciplines

在对黑龙江省文献资源建设的状况进行分析的基础上，重点提出全省研究级学科文献资源保障体系的总体调查方案；并从设计方案实施的结果中，分析评价全省学位点的文献收藏实际状况和支撑研究级学科教学科研的能力，强调了文献在学科建设、学位点设立和研究生培养中的重要作用，提出建立健全黑龙江省文献资源保障体系，实现合理布局、分工合作、资源共享的设想．

On the basis of analysing the building situation of document resources of Hei longjiang.Province, the general investigation scheme of research discipline document ensuring system of the province is designed. From the results, the document collection situation and its ability of maintaining the teaching and research of disciplines of academic degrees are analyzed. The important effects of documents on building of discpline, set up of academic degrees and training of graduate students are emphasized, and the tentative idea of building and perfecting the document ensuring system of Heilongjiang province to realize reasonable arrangement, divi- sion and co-ordination, and resource sharing are put forword.
