高职院校双语教学师资队伍建设探析

On Team Construction of Bilingual Teachers in Higher Vocational Technical Colleges in China

目前国内部分高职学院因国际合作办学,在部分专业实施双语教学,可是面临许多问题,而双语师资队伍建设成为最关键的问题。本文就合格的高职院校双语教师应具备的条件、目前双语教师队伍建设的主要问题以及怎样选拔和培养双语教师等进行了探讨和分析。

At present bilingual teaching in selected majors is implemented in some higher vocational technical colleges with international cooperation of cultivating students. Yet many problems arise, with the team construction of bilingual teachers as the most critical one. The paper is mainly about the following ： the conditions that a qualified bilingual teachers should have, the main problems of team construction, and the way to select and train bilingual teachers as well.
