高职院校和谐图书馆建设探析

Analysis of Construction about the Harmonious College Libraries

随着和谐校园的建设,和谐图书馆也将是未来图书馆发展的方向。但在当前高职院校和谐图书馆建设中还存在着人与人、人与岗、人与环境、文献资源建设以及图书馆软硬件建设与学校发展整体要求的不和谐。文章从以人为本出发,提出要从构建和谐的人际关系、加强馆员岗位培训、注重环境、文献资源建设、并加大投入和加强信息化建设等方面来建设和谐图书馆。

Harmony will be the developmental direction in the future as the construction of harmonious campuses in the full swing. However, in the course of harmonious libraries consruction in the current colleges, there is still disharmony existing among people, posts and environment as well as the construction of documentary resources. On the basis of the human-oriented conception,the paper puts forward several proposals such as building harmonious interpersonal relationships, strengthening staffs＇s job training and attaching importance to environment and the construction of documentary resources in order to construct harmonious libraries.
