摘要
通过分析铁路运输企业货运营销工作中存在的问题,从营销组织、激励约束、信息处理、价格管理、服务质量、运力保障等六个方面,探索了建立铁路货运营销机制的必要性。
By analyzing the questions existing in railway freight marketing,the author studied the necessity to establish the railway freight marketing mechanism,in the following 6 respects:marketing organization,inspiring & controlling,information manipulation,price,service quality,transport ensuring,etc.
