大鼠卵巢的神经联系(FHRP和CT-HRP法)

THE NEURAL CONNECTIONS OF THE RAT OVARY BY FHRP AND CT-HRP TECHNIQUES

本文用FHRP和CT-HRP注射大鼠左或右侧卵巢,在同侧T_(10)—L_2脊神经节见到标记细胞,高峰在T_(13)和L1。在T_(10)-L_2脊髓背角Ⅲ-Ⅳ层见到标记纤维。在双侧结状神经节、双腹腔神经节,双侧迷走神经背核都见到标记细胞。并见到迷走神经背核的树突伸入到同侧弧束核内。在弧束核及弧束连合核内见到标记纤维。在内脏大神经及卵巢上神经内见到标记纤维,在以上两神经的边缘见到标记细胞。

HRP was injected into the ovary of the rat, neurohisto—chemical procedures were processed in TMB method,HRP labeled cells can be identified in the following places: 1.Ipsilateral spinal ganglia T_(10)-L_2, the greatest concentration of the labeled cells in T_(13) and L_1, 2.Both nodose ganglia. 3,Both celiac ganglia. 4.Bilateral dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus. In the ipsilateral cort HRP labeled fibers can be found in Ⅲ-Ⅳ.Some dendries of the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus were extending to the nucleus solitarius. In the ipsilateral nucleus solitarius and commissural nucleus of the nucleus solitarius HRP labeled fibers can be found.At the edge of the superior ovarian nerve and splanchnic nerve HRP labeled cells can be found. Insidetheabove two nerves HRP labeled fibers can be found.
