摘要
本文报告了17、22、25周龄计四例女性胎儿脑垂体前叶细胞的透射电镜观察。发现17、22周龄的前叶细胞电镜分类困难。25周龄时,脑垂体前叶各类型细胞均有其特征性超微结构。可区分出生长激素细胞、催乳激素细胞、促甲状腺激素细胞、促性腺激素细胞、促肾上腺皮质激素细胞和滤泡细胞等六种类型。除滤泡细胞外,其他五类型细胞均可划分出颗粒合成活跃期和颗粒储备期。文中对各类型细胞的超微结构特征和鉴别做了描述。
The pituitary pars distalis in 4 female fetuses aging 17, 22 and 25 weeks taken from fresh stillborn fetuses were observed with TEM.The cell types of pituitary pars distalis aging 17 and 22 weeks are difficult to be distinguished.In fetuses of 25 weeks, the ultrastructural features of various types of cells of the pituitary pars distalis appeared characteristically. The human fetal and other mammalian anterior pituitary gland have six cell types in common, i.e.Somatotrophs, lactotrophs, thyrotrophs, gonadotrophs, adrenocorticotrophs and follicular cells. With the electron microscope, two most helpful criteria, the actively synthesizing stage and the storing stage of granules, are considered for distinguishing cells types except for follicular cells.The ultrastuctural features of various types of cells and the differentiation among them are described and discussed.
