摘要
介绍了以图的同构算法为基础,对限制性手写汉字进行计算机光电识别的方法该方法已能识别限制性手写汉字6763个(GB2312—80全部汉字),正确识别率超过85%,并且有潜力识别更多的。
A method of optical recognition of restricted handwriting Chinese characters by using the isomorphic algorithm is described in this paper.The method has successfully recognized 6763 Chinese characters (all the chinese characters of GB 2312-80).The rate of correct recognition is above 85%.It can recognize much more Chinese characters if necessary.
