HPLC法测定消炎片中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in xiaoyan tablet by HPLC

目的建立中成药消炎片中黄芩苷的舍量测定方法。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，色谱柱：Diamonsil C18（150mm×4.6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-0.2mol／L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液（磷酸调pH值为2.7）（40：60）；检测波长：275mm；流速：1.0mL／min。结果黄芩苷在0.2010—0.7042μg线性关系良好（r=0.9999），平均回收率为98.1％，RSD为1.24％（n=5）。结论该方法准确可靠，可用于本制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoyan tablet. Methods Diamonsil C18 Column（150mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.2 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer（40： 60, adjusting the pH value with phosphoric acid）. The detection wavelength was 275 nm at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. Results There was good linearity of baicalin in 0.2010 - 0.7042μg（ r = 0.9999） ,and the average recovery was 98.1% ,RSD was 1.24% （n =5）. Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate, and suitable for the quality control of xiaoyan tablet.
