对部分预应力混凝土梁开裂截面应力计算中如何考虑疲劳影响的问题、对与时间有关的预应力损失计算中如何考虑力筋松弛与混凝土的收缩、徐变之间相互影响的问题以及在预应力损失计算公式中存在的问题进行了探讨，并对现行的规范提出了建议。

Discussions are made on several problems,namely,the problems of how to consider the effect of the fatigue load on the stresses in partiallyprestressed concrete members after cracking,the problems of how to consider the mutual interactions among the shrinkage and creep of concrete and the relaxation of prestressing steels in the calculation of the timedependent loss of prestress in prestressed concrete beams,and the problems in formulas used in the calculation of stresslosses.Suggestions for improvement of the current regulations are also presented.
