摘要
球形催化剂高沸物和颗粒形催化剂高沸物分别与去离了水完成水合反应,其反应温度低于10℃,可分离出稳定的TiCl_4水合溶液。结果表明,用球形催化剂高沸物制备的水合溶液可满足下游厂家的要求,颗粒形催化剂由于制备工艺中使用了磷酸三丁酯,使得水合溶液中的P含量高达5 174μg/g(指标1 000μg/g),需进行降低P含量的深入研究。
The high boiling components in spherical catalyst and granular catalyst can occur hydration reaction with deionized water respectively at temperature lower than 10℃, and the stable hydrated solution of TiCl4 attained. The results show that the hydrated solution from spherical one can meet the requirements of downstream; because tributyl phosphate is used in preparation of the granular one, the phosphorus content in the solution reaches up to 5 174 μg/g (the norm is lower than 1 000 μg/g ).
