摘要
对硫磺回收装置冷凝冷却器的腐蚀状况进行了分析。应力腐蚀、湿H_2S损伤、疲劳腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、露点腐蚀、硫化腐蚀以及酸、碱腐蚀等是造成冷凝冷却器腐蚀的主要因素。改进换热管与管板的连接方法,进行防腐设计,选用耐蚀性能好的材料可以提高设备的防腐能力。
The corrosion causes of condensate cooler in sulfur recovery unit are analyzed in this article. The main corrosion factors include stress corrosion, wet hydrogen sulfide eroding, fatigue corrosion, crack corrosion, dew point corrosion, sulfur corrosion, and other acid or alkali corrosion, etc.. In order to improve performance of the anti-corrosion, the connection method of heat exchange tube and tube sheet is innovated, the anti-corrosion design and materials of the equipments with nicer corrosion resistance adopted.
