摘要
利用PETROSIM流程模拟软件对连续重整装置的芳烃工艺流程进行了模拟,根据模拟计算结果确定了优化生产方案。优化方案实施后,连续重整装置可直接生产二甲苯且产品质量达到优级品标准;芳烃抽提装置每天可增产苯、甲苯、二甲苯105 t,每年增加经济效益3 832万元,节约蒸汽13 kt/a。
The aromatics production process in continuous reforming unit was simulated by PETROSIM. Based on the simulation calculation result the optimization program was confirmed. Because of the program implemented, the unit can produce top-grade of xylene, the yield of benzene, toluene and xylene increased 105 t/d in the aromatics extraction section. The raise of benefit is 38.32 million/a, and save of steam to 13 kt/a.
