摘要
介绍了国内外间苯二甲酸(PIA)的生产工艺及其技术进展。间二甲苯液相空气氧化法具有所需的氧化剂简单、生产的PIA纯度高等特点,是目前工业化生产PIA所采用的主要工艺路线。结合国内PIA生产,提出了相关的发展建议。
The process and technology progress of isophthalic acid production in China and others are introduced in this paper. The liquid-phase air oxidation process, by which isophthalic acid can be made from m-xylene, has some advantages such as the oxidant made easily, the acid with high purity. The liquid-phase air oxidation is main method of commercial manufacture for the acid. Based on the acid of production and development in China, the positive suggestions are presented.
