摘要
目的:建立测定清肝颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:以KromasilC18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液-磷酸(40:60:0.2),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为350nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱线性范围为0.04125~0.660μg,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.21%,RSD为1.18%。结论:该方法可靠,灵敏,快速,适合测定清肝颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Qinggan Granules.Methods:The Kromasil Cl8(4.6mmX 250mm,5μm)was used with acetonitrile- 0.05mol/L~Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-phosphoric acid(40:60:0.2)as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The detecting wavelength was350nm.Results:The linear of berberine hydrochloride was in the range of 0.04125~0.660g,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.21% and RSD was 1.18%.Conclusion:The method was reliable, sensitive,rapid and suitable for the quality control of berberine hydrochloride in Qinggan Granules.
