复方三棱胶囊的药理和毒理学研究

Study on Pharmacology and Toxicology Compound Sparganium Stoloniferum capsules

目的:本课题对复方三棱胶囊进行了毒理学和药理学研究,为中药复方三棱胶囊治疗不孕症提供依据。方法:建立多种动物模型,通过对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀、醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性影响等试验,研究复方三棱胶囊的药理和毒理作用。结果:复方三棱胶囊具有较好的抗菌消炎镇痛作用。结论:复方三棱胶囊治疗不孕症,安全可靠,药效显著。

Objective： To investigate the toxicology and pharmacology of compound sparganium stoloniferum capsules for treating infertility. Methods： The various animal models including writhing experiment in mice , rat＇s toes swelling induced by carrageenan and the increase of capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid,were used to determine the effects of compound sparganium stoloniferum capsules. Results： compound sparganium stoloniferum capsule has a better analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.Conclusion： Compound sparganium stoloniferum capsules was a safely and efficient drug for treating unpregnant.
