目的:考察注射用克林霉素磷酸酯及克林霉素磷酸酯注射液的稳定性。方法:通过加速试验,考察克林霉素冻干及水针的稳定性。结果:水针有关物质明显升高,冻干基本无变化。结论:克林霉素磷酸酯宜制成冻干粉针。

Objective： To inspect the stability of clindamycini phosphates for injection and clindamycini phosphates injection.Methods： To inspect the stability of clindamycini phosphates freeze-dried and clindamycini phosphates injection by accelerated experiment.Results： Clindamycini phosphates freeze-dried injection is avaluable. Avoid the allergy caused by the related substances in period of injection storing.
