摘要
JR西日本在较少的工作人员体制下,为提供质量更好的车辆,开发价格性能比较好的车辆,引进、开发了以状态监视系统为代表的车辆修理技术,彻底修改了已往以车辆为单位的检修计划体制,以期创建按车辆各装置个别管理的效率更高的新的检修计划体制。
In west Japan,JR has fairly few working staff.In order to provide cars with better quality and develop cars with fairly good proportion of price and performance,JR introduced and developed the car repair technique represented by the state surveillance system.It has completely changed the inspection and repair planning system which is set by car,so as to set up a new inspection and repair planning system with higher efficiency which is set by each device on the car for individual management.
