数字化影像系统及三种测量方法在排粪造影中的应用价值

The application values of digitalized-imaging system and three measuring methods in defecography

目的:探讨利用两种数字化X线影像系统及三种测量方法在排粪造影中的应用价值。方法:选择数字化X线摄像系统及数字化胃肠诊断系统为467位排粪障碍者行排粪造影检查。A组:四合一缩放尺测量法,B组:量角尺加分规比对参照标尺测量法,C组:机上直接数字化测量方法。结果:排粪造影471例;A组136例,测量异常133例(97.80%);B组153例,测量异常148例(96.73%);C组182例,测量异常179例(98.36%)。结论:利用两种数字化影像系统及三种测量方法行排粪造影检查,异常检出率平均达到97.63%,均可为肛、直肠功能性改变的临床诊治提供准确的数字化影像学依据。

Objective To study the application values of two digtalized - imaging systems and three measuring methods in defecography. Method Total 467 patients with defected dysfunction underwent digitalized X - ray system,digitalized gastrointestinal diagnostic system in defecographic examination. The following measuring methods were used：group A：one in four pattern maker＇s rule; group B：angle rule plus compasses; group C ： measurement directly by computer. Results Total 467 drfecography cases were determined. In group A there were abnormality of 133 cases in 136 cases. In group B,there were abnormality of 148 cases in 153 cases and in group C there were abnormality of 179 cases in 182 cases. Conclusion For pathological changes in anoreetal,two digitalized- imaging systems and three measuring methods are applied for defecography and the average abnormality rate is 97. 63% which precisely digitalized data for the clinical treatment.
