胃肠道间质瘤的诊治进展

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor．GIST）是胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤。1983年．Mazur和Clark通过免疫组化和电镜等对以往诊断为消化道平滑肌或神经源性肿瘤进行研究．认为这些肿瘤缺乏平滑肌细胞或雪旺细胞的抗原表达及超微结构特征．而是一种单独的非定向分化的“间质瘤”。从而提出“胃肠道间质瘤”这一概念。1998年。日本学者翻研究发现GIST中的原癌基因C—Kit出现变异．其表达蛋白CD117被认为是一个高特异性的标记物：
