虚拟企业的情报运行机制研究

Research on Virtual Enterprise Intelligence Operational Mechanism

首先对虚拟企业与竞争情报的内涵及特点进行了论述,分析了虚拟企业的组织结构、运作模式,从虚拟企业对竞争情报需求的角度出发,分析设计出虚拟企业情报系统框架,并在此基础上对虚拟企业情报运行过程中存在的问题和对策进行了详细的分析。

This article first reviewed virtual business and competitive intelligence connotations and characteristics, then analyzed the virtual enterprise organizational structure, mode of operation, and from the virtual enterprise competitive intelligence on the demand point of view and analysis of the design of virtual enterprise information system framework. On this basis, detailed analysis carried out on the existing problems and countermeasures in the process of running the virtual enterprise information.
