图书馆人性化服务内容创新体现在满足公共消费同时向个性化消费性服务演化、机械性服务向享乐性服务演化、基础性社会服务向其前后端双向延伸服务演化、供给需求向创造需求演化等方面。人性化服务是图书馆现代职能的主要特征。
