An Comparative Analysis on the Patent Information of the Universities in China

对2001-2007年间北京、上海、广东三个地区高等学校专利发展情况进行了调查,并从专利申请数量、申请结构、年成长率、技术生长率、技术成熟系数、技术衰老系数、新技术特征系数等指标对三个地区高校的专利发展情况进行了对比分析。为各省市高校的专利技术发展提供了情报支持,也为政府制定相关决策提供参考。

This paper investigates the development of patents in the universities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong Province during the years between 2001 and 2007. It makes a comparative analysis on the patent developments in these three universities from indexes such as the number of patent applica- tions, the structure of patent application and so on. The study can be used as an intelligence support for the patent developments in the local colleges and universities and as an reference for government to make policies.
