电子政务绩效评估要素是指开展电子政务绩效评估工作所必需的各种要素,包括评估目标、评估主体、评估对象、评估指标等。本文结合我国电子政务建设实际,分别探讨了评估目标的确定、评估主体的选择、评估对象的确定以及指标体系构建等问题。

E-govemment performance evaluation elements are kings of essences needed during bench- marking the performance, which includes target, subject, object and indicator of performance evalua- tion. The article, based on Chinese e-government development, separately discusses on determining the target, choosing the subject, defining the object and constructing the evaluation indicators.
