中外社会信息化测度方法研究

Research on Measuring Methods of Social Informationization in China and Abroad

系统回顾了国内外社会信息化测度方法研究的历程,对国内外社会信息化测度方法研究所取得的主要成就进行分析,并指出对社会信息化水平测度方法的研究目的是为了建立一个科学、客观评价社会信息化水平的指标体系,从而制定社会信息化发展战略及政策,对社会信息化实现宏观调控。

This paper briefly reviews the history of research on measuring methods of social informationization, giving corresponding analysis and comment on the chief accnmplishments of them. The au- thor also points out that the aim of doing the research is to establish a scientific and objective standard to evaluate social informationization level. Therefore, it will be easy to set up the strategies and policies, which may promote the macro-regulation and development of social informationization.
