摘要
管理信息系统（MIS）对企事业单位管理工作十分重要，随着一些新的MIS辅助开发软件的出现，对开发人员编程能力的技术要求程度大为降低。本文论述了辅助开发软件的主要功能及开发过程框架，为业务人员使用这些软件提供参考。
This paper describes the main functions of the software of MIS-aided development and introduces the development of such software.
