"熟人社会"既是传统乡土中国"差序格局"社会结构的必然产物,也是中国古代传统文化中"极度扩张型亲情义务观"践行的直接结果。中国转型期熟人社会的过分发育,是对法制社会的腐蚀、市场经济的摧残、和谐社会的破坏、公民精神的瓦解。根治熟人社会的遗患是我们现在所面临的一项迫切任务。唯有通过现代国家建构、成熟市场发育、公民意识培养和公民社会成长的良性互动,才能够尽快地消解熟人社会。

acquaintance society logically resulted both from the Differential Mode of Association, the traditional Chinese social structure and the practice of the Extremely Expensing Duties on Relatives in traditional Chinese Culture. It does great harm to the construction of the law system, market economics, harmonious society and nurturing civic virtues in Chinese Social transition period. So it＇s a pressing task to cure the disease of the acquaintance society. Only in the way of constructing modern country, promoting market economy, the civic virtue and civic society can we soon get to the point.
