On the Political Socialization of the Clerical Personnel in Western China Minority Nationality Regions

西部地区民族众多,各少数民族基本上都有自己的宗教信仰,宗教教职人员作为宗教信仰中的特殊群体,其政治立场、思想状况、言行举止对信教群众有着潜移默化的影响,宗教教职人员队伍素质的高低影响到宗教能否健康的发展,关系到宗教能否与社会主义社会相适应,甚至关系到社会稳定。在新形势下,对宗教教职人员进行爱国主义教育、社会主义法制教育、道德文化及继续修养教育等,提高宗教教职人员的素质,使得宗教活动能够在宪法和法律的范围内开展,都具有重要的现实意义。

There are many ethnic groups in western China. Each national minority basically has their own religious beliefs. The clerical personnel are the special groups with religious belief, whose political stand, thought condition, words and deeds have subtle influences upon the worshippers. The quality of clerical personnel affects the healthy development of religion and wheth- er the religion adapt with the socialist society, and even relates to social stability. Under new situation, Carrying on the patriot- ic education, the socialist legal system education and the moral culture and cultivation education to the clerical personnel will improve the clerical personnel＇s quality, which enables the religious activities to be developed in the constitutional and legal scope, which has the vital practical significance.
