少数民族管理干部人格特征研究——以新疆维吾尔自治区为例

A Study on the Personality Characteristics of Management Cadres from Minority Nationalities——Take Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region as an Example

摘要 采用调查的方法对来自新疆维吾尔自治区的119名管理干部进行16PF人格测试,其中被试年龄跨度从24岁到49岁。数据使用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果表明:(1)新疆维吾尔自治区管理干部的总体人格特点是:人际适应能力强,善于与人相处;思维敏捷,开朗热情;独立自信并能与现实保持一致,总体心理健康状况良好。(2)在人格特点上存在性别差异:女性干部思维更敏捷,较男性有更强的合作精神,也更敏感;男性体现出更强的现实性。(3)年龄不满30岁的干部独立性最强;年龄在40岁以上的干部自律性最强,同时更注重客观现实。 With the method of investigation 119 management cadres from Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region were tested with 16 PF personality tests. The age span of the tested ranges from 24 to 49. The data is statistically analysed with SPSSI 3.0 and the result shows: (1) the overall personality characteristics of the management cadres from Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Re- gion are: they have strong adaptation ability~ they are getting along well with other people, quick in thought, optimistic and enthusiastic, independent, and confident, conforming with reality and with better psychological health condition; (2) there is gender difference in personality characteristics: women cadres are quicker in thought, more cooperative than male cadres and more sensitive; male cadres are more realistic; (3)those cadres under 30 years old are the most independent~ those cadres over 40 years old are stronger in self-restraint and pay more attention to the objective reality.
