摘要
由于中西方文化的不同,使得中国学生的英文习作水平在外籍教师看来是"不可思议"的。甚至有的外籍教师在评价中国学生的写作时往往把"不衔接"、"不连贯"当作口头禅。其根本原因就是中国学生的英文写作实际上使用的是汉语写作的思维方式,所以建议英文写作教学应该对英汉语言本质的(逻辑推理和思维方式等)差异实施研究。
The level of the Chinese students' composition is "unbelievable" to the foreign teachers due to the cultural difference. Disconnection and incoherence are used frequently by some foreign teachers in evaluating the students' compositions. The main reason is that Chinese students often use Chinese thinking model in writing. It is suggested that in the teaching of compositions the research should be carried out in the difference in the natures of two languages such as logic reasoning and thinking model.
