摘要 为了实现细丝埋弧焊焊缝自动跟踪,针对目前研究较多的机械式电弧传感器存在的机械结构复杂、体积大、噪声大、磨损大等诸多问题,设计制作了一种新型的磁控电弧传感器。通过对磁控电弧机理的研究,把外加磁场对焊接电弧的控制技术和摆动电弧传感器技术有机地结合起来,并将其应用于细丝埋弧焊智能焊缝跟踪领域,建立了相关的数学模型,得到了与数学模型相匹配的实际数据,证明了磁控电弧传感器应用于焊缝跟踪的可行性,为磁控电弧扫描埋弧焊焊缝跟踪的实现提供了理论和实验依据,为电弧传感器焊缝自动跟踪的研究开创了新的方向。 In this paper in ofter to achieve weld automatic tracking of submerged arc welding with fine wire ,aims at the disadvantages of the mechanical arc sensor which study more at present,such as complex mechanical structure,big cubage,yamp and abrasion, designed and made a new magnetic-control arc sensor,by the investigation of magnetic-control arc's elements,make the technique of additive magnetic field controling the welding arc and the technique of arc oscillation senor to be integrated,using in intelligent weld tracking of fine wire submerged arc welding, built related mathematic model,gained actual data that matched the mathematic model, proved the feasibility of magnetic-control arc sensor applies to weld tracking,provided academic and experiment foundation for the achievement of magnetic-control arc scan weld tracking of submerged are welding,inaugurated a new direction for study on are sensor in weld automatic tracking.
