8度设防区框架—抗震墙结构的抗震性能和造价增量分析 被引量:5

摘要 在8度抗震设防地区,我国多层房屋结构设计大多数是采用纯框架结构。相反,本论文提出多层房屋结构设计尽可能采用抗震性能好、具有多道抗震防线的框架—抗震墙结构。为此,本文选择某单位的一幢5层办公楼作为研究对象,分别采用两种结构体系——纯框架结构和框架—剪力墙结构,并借助中国建筑科学研究院PKPM系列的SATWE结构三维分析软件,对以上两种结构进行结构设计,并且形成施工图。总结出两种结构体系的受力特点,并通过结构设计图纸编制了两种结构施工图的预算,计算出主体结构的单位面积经济指标,以达到经济性的目的,为建设单位和工程设计人员在方案设计阶段的结构选型提供理论基础和实际工程参考依据。 In the region of 8 seismic fortification, China's multi-storey housing structure has been designed for great majority the frame construction. On the contrary, this paper proposed multi-storey housing structure design, as far as possible using seismic performance and multi-channel seismic line with the frame-shear wall structure. In this respect,this paper choose a unit of a five-story office building as a study, using two separate structural system--pure frame structure and frame-shear wall structure, and adopting three-dimensional structure of the SATWE Software of PKPM series compiled by China Architecture Design and Research Institute, and then designing the working drawing of these two kinds of structural design. Referring to the structural working drawing, we would sum up both the force structure characteristics, and establishes two kind of the budgets of structure construction drawings, and then what follows next, working out the main structure of the unit area of economic indicators. The economic indicator per area of the main body structure is calculated, achieving the efficient goal. Through the above analysis ,we can provide the theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction unit and project planner,on schematic design phase of the selection of the structural lectotype.
