矿物掺合料对水泥基材料氯离子固化能力影响的研究 被引量:14

摘要 本实验主要通过测定相同水胶比掺有不同矿物掺合料的水泥基材料与氯化钠溶液之间的物理吸附及化学结合作用,研究矿物掺合料对水泥基材料氯离子固化能力的影响。结果表明,矿物掺合料如磨细粉煤灰、矿渣、偏高岭土可有效改善水泥基材料氯离子固化能力,且改善效果偏高岭土最好,粉煤灰次之,矿渣最差。从作用机理上来说,这些矿物掺合料的火山灰效应降低了孔隙率,同时生成更多低碱度的C-S-H gel,增加了对氯离子的固化能力。 In this paper, the effect of cementitous material grain sample on chloride ion physical adsorption and chemical binding were tested in chloride solution, and the influences of different kinds of mineral admixture into cementitous material to the binding capacity of chloride ion were studied. The experimental results showed that separate addition of mineral admixture ( ground fly ash, slag fines, MK fines ,and steel slag) into cementitous material can improve its binding capacity of chloride ion. And the effect of MK is the best one, fly ash is second ,following are slag fine and steel slag. Mechanism analysis shows that the pozzolanic effect of mineral admixture reduces the porosity, and more low alkaline C - S - H gel were produced, so the binding capacity of concrete is improved.
