摘要 设计了一种阻尼可调的油气悬架,对其结构和工作原理进行了分析,建立了油气悬架非线性阻尼数学模型.通过应用Matlab/Simulink软件仿真,分析了并联节流孔大小对油气悬架阻尼特性的影响,并进行了实验验证,结果吻合较好,表明上述模型的建立及实验方法是合理可行的.采用该方法,分别对串联节流孔大小、单向阀最大开度以及单向阀弹簧预压缩量对油气悬架阻尼特性的影响进行了仿真.结果表明,通过合理选择上述参数,可以得到较为理想的油气悬架阻尼特性. A kind of hydro-pneumatic suspension with controllable damping is designed. A complex nonlinear mathematic damping model of hydro-pneumatic suspensions is set up on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its working principle and structure. The effect of parallel orifice of the valve on the hydro-pneumatic suspension damping characteristics is simulated using Matlab/Simulink. Comparing the result of simulation and bench test showed that the mathematic model is authentic, and the test sound. According to this method, the effects of other parameters of the valve, such as the size of the series orifices, the maximum opening capacity and the spring pre-compression of the one-way valve, on the hydro-pneumatic suspension damping characteristics were simulated. The simulation results showed that perfect damping characteristics of hydro-pneumatic suspension can be obtained through rational selection of the parameters.
