摘要
介绍了阻燃剂的国内外研究现状和发展趋势,分析了氢氧化镁阻燃剂的阻燃机理、性能及优点。研究了以卤水和氨为原料制备氢氧化镁阻燃剂,考察了氨镁比、反应初始温度对氢氧化镁产率的影响,确定了实验室制备氢氧化镁阻燃剂的最佳工艺条件为:氨镁比为4∶1,反应初始温度为20℃。
Current research status and development trend of flame retardant at home and abroad were introduced. Working-mechanism, characteristics, and advantages of flame retardant magnesium hydroxide were analyzed. Experiment with bittern and ammonia as raw materials to preparate flame retardant magnesium hydroxide was made, and ratio of ammonia to magnesium, influence of initial reaction temperature on the production rate of magnesium hydroxide were researched. The optimum conditions of flame retardant magnesium hydroxide were as follows : ratio of ammonia to magnesium was 4: 1, initial reaction temperature was 20 ℃.
