摘要
本文以Fill Factory公司的CMOS图像传感器为成像单元,设计了一种高性能图像传感器成像系统。系统的硬件部分具体实现时,利用Verilog HDL在FPGA上进行了相关的驱动和控制,采用低压差稳压器实现对CMOS图像传感器和相关器件的稳定供电,PCB均采用多层板实现。特别是采用了模块化设计,使系统具有小型、高稳定性和灵活性的特点。
It designs a CMOS image sensor imaging system, which uses COMS image sensor as the imaging unit. As of hardware design, some driver and control of shutter of the CMOS image sensor are realized on the FPGA via Verilog HDL, then four layers of PCB and the stable supply voltage outputted by Low Dropout regulators are applied, especially, the idea of miniaturization of modular- ization is introduced in the design of the LVDS transmission approach to make this system be characteristic of high integrated quality, reliability and flexibility.
