μCLinux下的变频调速控制系统的设计

摘要 变频调速系统以其节能显著、过载能力强等自身的优点在交流传动领域应用非常广泛。本文采用以智能功率模块7MBP75RE120构成变频调速控制系统主电路中的逆变电路和以ARM7处理器LPC2292为控制核心组成变频调速控制系统。首先,对μCLinux操作系统和ARM7处理器进行简单的介绍;其次阐述了PWM脉宽调制的变频调速控制系统的硬件设计和工作原理;最后给出变频调速控制系统的软件设计过程:介绍引导程序Bootloader的启动过程、建立μCLinux操作系统的开发环境和实现PWM脉宽调制模块驱动程序。 Frequency Conversion Control System is widely used to the AC transmission field because of its characteristics,such as remarkable ener-economy and high capacity of supercharge.In the article,IPM is used to form chopping circuit of main circuit,and ARM single chip computer LPC2292 is regarded as control certer of the system control circuit. Firstly,embedded operating system of μCLinux and the structure characters of ARM7 processor are introduced.Secondly,hardware design and principle on frequency conversion control system of pulse width modulation is discussed. Finally, process designed frequency conversion control system software is discussed,such as introduction of Bootloader migration process, establishment of μCLinux operating system and accomplishment of pulse width modulation module drivers.
