摘要
利用虚拟仪器技术构建了一个木板自动分选系统。系统硬件由探测器、个人计算机、数据采集卡、信号调理模块和执行装置等组成。系统界面由虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW设计,测试结果直观地显示在显示器上。系统能测量木板的颜色,并根据色差最多输出8个控制信号驱动执行装置,实现木板自动分选。试验结果表明:测量色差值的绝对误差的最大值为5.1,绝对误差的平均值是3.0;相对误差的最大值是2.58%,相对误差的绝对值的平均是1.56%。
An auto classing system for board based on virtual instrumentation technology was established. The system hardware was composed of optical probe, personal computer, signal conditioning models and an enforcing unit. And the system operating interface was designed by LabVIEW, a virtual instrumentation software, with direct test results displayed on screen. This system can measure board chromatism and output order to drive the enforcing unit accordingly. Measurement result shows the maximum absolute precision of chromatism is 5.1 with average of 3.0 and maximum relative precision is 2.58% with average of 1.56%.
