在生化分析仪中,计算量比较大,对CPU的精度和速度都提出了很高的要求。TI公司的TMS300C6713B系列的DSP,其高精度、高速度的特点,使得在生化分析仪中具有独特的优势。而TMS300C6713B内部没有程序存储器,无法直接实现程序的存储。本文基于SST公司FLASH芯片SST39VF800A,提出了TMS320C6713BDSP的FLASH引导的实现方法。并给出了FLASH扩展的硬件电路图和应用于生化分析仪中的电路板实物图。同时,本文还介绍了TMS320C6713B和SST39VF800A的基本特点、性能和使用方法,以及SST39VF800A的逻辑功能框图。

A method to realize TMS320C6713B DSP booting from FLASH is presented, based on SST39VF800A. In automated biochemical analyzer, TMS320C6713B DSP is widely used. TMS320C6713B from TI corporation is high precision, high speed. It is widely used in automated biochemical analyzer. However, there isn＇t ROM in TMS320C6713B DSP. There are the schematic circuit diagram, the picture of the actual object, and the method of using SST39VF800A in this paper. At the same time, there are the fundamental property, performance, the usage and the logic performance diagram.
