丘濬的《大学衍义补》,堪称一部治国百科全书,其中蕴涵着丰富的领导思想的资源。丘濬的领导观,以传统儒家民本思想为主线,从君主社会角色的期待,君臣的分权合作,用人和理财等方面,对君主提出了规范性的要求。系统梳理丘濬的领导观,在构建服务型政府的今天,也有一定的现实指导意义。
Ch＇ iu Chun＇s ＂Supplement to the Exposition of the Great Learning＂ can be looked as an encyclopedia on state affairs, which contains abundant leading concepts.
