摘要
对于抗冲问题,需要较大的阻尼用于吸收、耗散冲击能量。但是,对隔振问题,往往需要高频、小位移时呈小阻尼特性,在共振大位移时表现出大阻尼特性,以保证在振动工况下不会因阻尼过大而影响隔振系统的隔振效率。从缓冲和减振兼容的角度,介绍一种新颖的胶泥隔振抗冲器:胶泥在流经间隙时产生较大的阻尼,通过在胶泥介质中添加高分子弹性小球,达到小位移时呈小阻尼、大位移时呈大阻尼的特性。
Damping is often used to absorb shock energy. In this paper, a kind of viscoelastic materials which is between solid and fluid is used in shock absorber. But, for vibration isolation, small damping is need in higher frequency range, large damping is need for resonant frequency. In order to compromise vibration isolation and shock absorption, some small granules of high-polymer are added to viscoelastic materials, the new absorber demonstrates low damping in small vibration displacement and higher damping in large deformation.
