摘要
钢龙骨双层轻板墙的墙体隔声量(R)比木龙骨的墙体有明显提高,其主要原因在于轻钢龙骨的侧向弹性减少了双层墙板之间的声耦合。作者在早年推导这类双层墙隔声量(R)预计公式时,引入了轻钢龙骨侧向等效刚度的参量,隔声量的预计结果与实验值相当符合。20多年来不断受到有关方面关注和引证,但无实质性进展。目前龙骨侧向等效刚度参量仍采用以隔声试验的结果来推算,尚不能直接由实验方法测定。近年有人尝试采用测试浮筑地板下面弹性材料的动态刚度的方法来测定弹性龙骨的动态刚度,结果偏差很大,显然不妥。提出在实验技术上能作进一步研究。
The sound insulation effect of double panel partition with steel keels is much better than that with wood keels. The main reason is that the lateral resilient effect of the steel keels reduces the acoustic coupling effect between the two panels of the partition. A parameter of lateral equivalent stiffness of the steel keels for predicting the sound reduction index (SRI) was proposed by the authors several years ago. These predictions were in good agreement with testing results. Limited investigations on this subject have been done by other investigators till 2002. Recently, some authors tried to test the dynamic stiffness of steel keels by means of the method for determining the dynamic stiffness of materials beneath floating floor. But large errors were found since these two situations are quite different in loading conditions, constituents, joints, etc. Hence further studies, particularly on the test method for determining the lateral stiffness of the keels under different wall mounting conditions, are needed.
