摘要
某化工公司ABS车间噪声超标(GB12348-1990),对该车间内噪声超标的主要原因作了测试和分析。根据测试和分析的结果制定以吸声、隔声等噪声控制技术为主的综合治理方案,应用隔声理论和优化设计理论并结合现场的实际因素对风机隔声罩进行数学模型的建立和参数的确定。从而使车间内的隔声设备更加科学合理。
The noise of ABS workshops of a petroleum chemistry company' s plant exceeded the noise standard (GB12348 -1990) of industrial enterprises. Its cause is tested and analyzed in this paper. According to the analysis of the results of the test, a comprehensive scheme of noise control, including sound absorption, sound insulation, etc. , is made. A mathematical model of a ventilating fan cover is established, and the relevant parameters are determined. Sound -isolation theory and optimal design theory are used. The device for noise control in the workshop is reasonably arranged.
