空调机异常噪声源的实验分析与诊断研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过频谱分析中的CPB和FFT分析方法,确定空调室内机异常噪声的来源和频谱特性与压缩机相关,再通过声强分析,对近场噪声源进行准确定位,测定室内异常噪声源分布,在室内机面板蒸发器表面,特别是铜管弯曲处。最后通过对异常噪声的产生机理分析与降噪原理研究,探索三种控制异常噪声的方法。 The abnormal noise of air conditioner has serious negative influence on the acoustic environment of consumers. In this paper, firstly, based on the theory of spectrum analysis which mainly consists of CPB ( Constant Percentage Bandwidth) analysis and FFT analysis, it is confirmed that the abnormal noise comes from the compressor. Then, through sound density analysis, it can be identified that the abnormal noise source is distributed on the evaporator surface, espetially, at the location where the copper tubes bend. Finally, through the mechanism analysis of the abnormal noise and the study of noise reduction principle, three methods for controlling the abnormal noise are proposed and discussed.
