六方磁黄铁矿浮选行为及其表面吸附机理 被引量:6

摘要 通过丁铵黑药药剂用量及矿浆pH对未活化和活化六方磁黄铁矿浮选试验,以及六方磁黄铁矿表面ζ电位及红外光谱测定,研究丁铵黑药体系下,六方磁黄铁矿的浮选行为及其表面吸附机理。结果表明,六方磁黄铁矿表面在中性条件下可浮性最好。Cu2+在碱性条件下,对其才有一定的活化效果。丁铵黑药在六方磁黄铁矿表面为化学吸附,表面可能形成正二丁基二磷酸亚铁。 The flotation and adsorption mechanism of hexa-pyrrhotite are investigated by butylamine dithiophosphate dosage flotation tests, pH values on recovery of hexa-pyrrhotite in presence of butylamine dithiophosphate with and without Cu^2+ iron tests and the measurement of ζ potential and FTIR. The results show that in neutral solution, the floatability of hexa.pyrrhotite is best, and in alkaline conditions, Cu^2+ ion can affect the floatahility of hexa-pyrrhotite. The ζ potential and FTIR spectroscopy analysis show that the surface adsorption is ehemisorption and its products may be dibutyl ferrous dithiophosphate.
