SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF INORGANIC ANIONS BY MULTI-WAVELENGTH CAPILLARY ZONE ELECTROPHORESIS

运用现代高效毛细管电泳仪HP^(3D)CE的卓越性能,研究了水中无机阴离子的毛细管区带电泳(CZE)多波长同时测定,并考察了分离电压、温度、pH值对电泳分离的影响.

Making use of the remarkable function of the HP3DCE Electrophoresis Apparatus, an electrophoretic method for the simultaneous determination of various inorganic anions by the multi-wavelength CZE is reported in this paper. The effects of applied voltage, the pH of the electrolyte and the temperature of the cassette on the electrophoretic separation are studied thor-oughly. The results obtained by the proposed method are quite satisfactory.
