摘要
以硫酸为电解液通过阳极氧化法制备了多孔氧化铝模板,再通过向模板中掺杂铬离子制成了具有发光性能的纳米模板.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究表明样品具有纳米孔洞结构,X-射线衍射表明样品具有α-Al2O3物相,微区发光光谱研究表明材料在693 nm附近具有强烈的发光现象.
Porous anodic alumina oxide template was prepared by anodizing of AI in sulforic acid electrolyte, and Cr^3+ doping was realized by annealing the template at 1 000℃ after dipping in Cr2( SO4 ) 3 solution. The SEM image shows that the sample has nanostrueture. X - ray diffraction patterns of the sample demonstrates very good crystallinity of α - Al2O3. The photoluminescence spectrum shows the fascinating luminescence of the sample at about 693 nm.
