城市社会弱势群体的利益表达困境解读与路径分析

The Urban Social Vulnerable Groups' Interest Expression Dilemma and Path Analysis

城市社会弱势群体即我国广大的城市下岗或失业者群体、从农村剩余劳动力转化而来的农民工群体和失地农民群体。文章分析了他们经济上贫困、知识技能匮乏的困境以及话语权、生存权受到不平等对待的现象,提出必须通过合理、有效、制度化的途径维护城市社会弱势群体的利益,认为完善的利益表达机制对于保证各利益群体尤其是城市社会弱势群体的利益有着极其重要的作用。

The urban social vulnerable groups include the laid-off group, the immigrant rural workers and the cropland-lost peasants in our country. This paper analyzes the facts of their economic poverty, shortage of knowledge and skill, and the inequality treatment of their discourse rights and rights of existence, proposes to protect the interests of the urban social vulnerable groups through rational, effective and institutionalized ways, and esteems that the perfect expression of interest mechanism can make an important role in ensuring the urban social vulnerable groups＇ interests.
