摘要
在市场经济条件下,合同是法制建设的载体,是信用经济的保证。本文对建筑工程合同的特点及目前在合同管理中存在的问题及其产生主要原因进行了分析,进而提出解决建筑工程合同管理中存在问题的主要对策。
In market economy, contract is a carrier of legal building and a guarantee of credit economy. This paper discusses the properties of construction contract and the problems in contract management, analyzes the sources of the problems and puts forward some countermeasures to these problems.
