针对高职院校缓解毕业生就业难的问题,分析了高职院校职业指导工作中存在的不足,提出了职业指导的工作原则,提供了做好职业指导工作的几点建议。

This paper, aiming at the difficult situation for vocational college graduates, analyzes the problems existing in the career guidance in higher vocational institutes, puts forward a working principle for career guidance and proposes several suggestions for conducting a good work of career guidance.
