C2C电子商务中信任的影响因素研究:一个信息获取的视角

摘要 电子商务的迅猛发展改变了人们的购物模式,而电子商务中的信任也变得越来越重要。本文从信息获取的角度分析了C2C电子商务中信任的影响因素,把建立信任所需信息按来源分为买方、卖方、环境、交易四个方面。
